AI Rates is published by Alexander Urazaev. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. For privacy questions or requests, contact alexander@urazaev.com. Support is also available through Telegram.
The app stores selected currencies, their display order, entered amounts, recent conversions and display preferences on your device. Preferences include the interface language, theme and visibility of currency labels. The app also caches downloaded exchange rates and currency information so that saved information may remain available during a connection problem.
Currency calculations are performed on your device. Requests for exchange rates and currency information do not include your entered amounts or conversion history.
The app connects to TheMoney.uz over HTTPS to download exchange rates and currency information. These requests include the selected interface language and technical parameters used to retrieve the currency catalogue.
The server processes connection and request information, including the IP address and requested resource, to return the requested data. TheMoney.uz does not keep API request logs.
If you choose email support, the app opens your email application with a subject identifying AI Rates. You decide whether to send a message and what to include. Your email provider and the support recipient process the address, message and any attachments you send.
If you choose Telegram support, the app opens the configured Telegram contact. Telegram processes your interaction under its own terms and privacy policy. The support recipient can receive the information you choose to send there.
We use your message and contact details to respond to your request.
The app's Share action opens the system sharing interface with text about the app. You choose the destination. The selected service processes the information you share under its own policy.
Please avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, bank-card details, account statements or other sensitive financial information when asking for help. A problem can usually be described using example amounts.
You can change the app's display and language preferences in Settings. Entered amounts and recent conversions are stored locally; there is no account-based synchronisation in the current app flow.
Local data are retained according to the app's storage and the operating system's storage behaviour. Clearing app data or removing an app can affect locally stored information. The exact behaviour depends on the platform and storage type; removing the app is not a guarantee that every saved preference is deleted, because protected system storage may persist separately.

Exchange-rate requests use HTTPS. The app uses the device's application storage and protected storage for its local state and preferences. No method of electronic storage or transmission can provide an absolute security guarantee.
If the app's data handling changes, we will update this policy and its effective date.
